Zhitong Financial App News, Oriental Enterprise Control Group (00018) released interim results for the six months ended September 30, 2021, the company achieved income of HK $370 million, an increase of 9.97% over the same period last year; the profit attributable to owners of the company was HK $70.515 million, down 19.25% from the same period last year; the basic profit per share was HK2.94 cents; and the proposed interim dividend was HK3 cents per share.
It is learnt that the decrease in the company's profit during the period was mainly due to the lack of support subsidies provided by the government and the decrease in exchange gains during the reporting period.
