On November 18, 03344.HK announced that on November 17, 2021, the company was notified by the Stock Exchange of the following guidelines for resumption of trading for the company:
(I) publish all outstanding financial results in accordance with the listing rules and resolve any audit revisions
(ii) certify that it has complied with section 13.24; and
(iii) publish all important information for shareholders and investors to assess the condition of the company.
Before it is allowed to resume trading in its securities, the SEHK requires the company to remedy the problems that have led to its suspension and to comply fully with the listing rules to satisfy the SEHK, and for this purpose, the company has the primary responsibility for planning its action plan for resumption of trading. The SEHK has also indicated that if the situation of the company changes, it may amend or supplement the guidelines on resumption of trading.
