- Technology-focused SPAC ShoulderUp Technology Acquisition (SUAC.U) has priced its upsized initial public offering of 26.50M units at $10.00/unit, for an anticipated gross proceeds of $265M.
- Each unit consists of one share of the company's Class A common stock and one-half of one warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one share of the Class A common stock at $11.50/share.
- Underwriters have been granted a 45-day option to purchase up to 3.50M additional units at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments.
- The units started trading on the NYSE under the symbol "SUAC.U" on November 16, 2021. The Class A common stock and warrants will be listed on the NYSE under the symbols "SUAC" and "SUAC.WS," respectively.
