DJ Blockchain Coinvestors Acquisition Corp. I Files for IPO

Blank-check company Blockchain Coinvestors Acquisition Corp. I filed for a $250 million initial public offering on Thursday.

The company said its sponsor was formed by the founders and management team of Blockchain Coinvestors, a blockchain venture investor and fund of funds.

"We intend to focus our search on the companies in the financial services, technology and other sectors of the economy that are being enabled by emerging applications of blockchain," the company said.

Blockchain Investors said it intends to apply to list its units on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol "BCSAU."

Cantor and Moelis & Co. are listed as the offering's joint book-running managers.
