Nippon Exchange Group said in a statement that it plans to extend the trading hours of the Tokyo Stock Exchange by 30 minutes by the end of fiscal year 2024. The transaction will end at 3:30 Japanese standard time (2:30 Beijing time) instead of the current 3pm.
Adjustments are expected to be implemented during the system update at the end of fiscal year 2024, the statement said.
