DJ Banco De Sabadell Transfers Stake in BancSabadell D'Andorra to MoraBanc

Banco de Sabadell SA said Tuesday that it has transferred its stake in BancSabadell d'Andorra SA to Mora Banc Grup SA.
The Spanish bank said it expects the transaction to contribute seven basis points to its fully-loaded CET1 ratio.
The stake, which represents 51.61% of BancSabadell d'Andorra's share capital taking into account the treasury stock, was sold for roughly 68 million euros ($79 million).
