Clearwater Analytics opens for trading today; shares jumps 30% to $23.5

SaaS-based investment accounting, reporting, and analytics solutions provider $Clearwater Analytics(CWAN.US)$ priced 30 million shares at $18 per share to raise $540 million in its initial public offering. The company had earlier estimated to price the offering at $14 - $16 per share. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase additional shares up to 4.5 million.

The company soared 30% in their trading debut Friday, up to $23.5.
