03:05 AM EDT, 08/30/2021 (MT Newswires) -- China Yuanbang Property (SGX:BCD) swung to loss in the fiscal second half ended June 30 due a 13.9% drop in revenue amid the decrease in the number of residential units handed over during the year.
Loss attributable to owners for the period amounted to 12.3 million yuan ($1.9 million), compared with an attributable profit of 15.8 million yuan a year ago, according to a late Friday bourse disclosure.
Revenue for the six months ended June 30 stood at 317.6 million yuan, versus 369.0 million yuan the company booked a year earlier.
The residential property company did not declare any dividend for the reporting period.
