Hong Kong's Hang Seng slips 0.1%, likely to be range-bound

Hong Kong's $Hang Seng Index(800000.HK)$ falls 0.1% to 25673.78 in morning trade. KGI Securities reckons that buying interest is slowing as the index approaches the 26000 level, and expects trading to remain range-bound. 

Declines are broad-based, with $Shenzhou International Group(02313.HK)$ falling 1.7%, $AAC Technologies Holdings Inc.(02018.HK)$ dropping 1.6% and $CSPC Pharmaceutical(01093.HK)$ losing 1.5%. Among property stocks, $Longfor Group(00960.HK)$ falls 1.5% and $China Overseas Land & Investment(00688.HK)$ trades 1.0% lower. 

Gains are being led by $China Mengniu Dairy(02319.HK)$, which is up 3.5%, and $Xiaomi Corp.(XIACF.US)$, which adds 2.6%. Both companies reported earnings. (yiwei.wong@wsj.com)
