Singapore Exchange Approves China Star Food's Application to Delay Annual General Meeting

12:57 AM EDT, 08/10/2021 (MT Newswires) -- China Star Food Group (SGX:42W) said Singapore Exchange has approved the company's application to move its annual general meeting for 2021 to a later date.

The sweet potato-focused snacks supply chain operator now has until Aug. 31 to hold its annual general meeting, according to a Friday bourse disclosure.

The company had filed for an extension of time to hold its annual general meeting on July 15.
