By the expiration of the exchange, $61.463 million of existing instruments (approximately 21.20% of the total principal amount of outstanding existing instruments) had been effectively submitted for exchange and accepted in accordance with the exchange offer.
In the case of existing instruments submitted for exchange, the company expects to issue $61.903 million of new instruments under the exchange offer when the prerequisites for the exchange offer are met or waived.
