Singapore stocks rise 0.4% as banks offer support
0113 GMT - Singapore's $FTSE Singapore Straits Time Index(.STI.SG)$ is 0.4% higher at 3153.66 in morning trade, after finance minister Lawrence Wong announced more targeted support measures to help companies deal with Covid-related uncertainties.
