Gelonghui April 17 | Wenye Group (01802.HK) announced that the prerequisites under the subscription agreement have been met and that the subscriber has completed the subscription matters on April 17, 2025. According to the subscription agreement, a total of 0.238 billion subscribed shares (accounting for about 28.6% of the company's issued share capital expanded through allotment and issuance of subscription shares) have been subscribed by the subscribers at HK$0.055 per subscription price. The total face value of the subscribed shares is HK$23,760.
