The Fed is about to hold an interest rate resolution, which many analysts have called the "most important" meeting in recent years. Recent data show that US monetary policy remains "fully invested": overnight interest rates at 0 per cent and quantitative easing of $120 billion a month, in addition to more stimulus measures as the economy continues to reopen. In my opinion, the current situation is still noteworthy. The Fed is like the Titanic driving at full speed in the fog at night. Perhaps it would be more prudent to slow down the throttle.
