According to Wind data, southbound funds bought a net HK $4.377 billion today, the sixth consecutive day of net purchases. Li Ning, Meituan and Tencent Holdings received a net purchase of HK $1.059 billion, HK $941 million and HK $334 million respectively. China Mobile received a net purchase of HK $230 million and Agricultural Bank of China a net purchase of HK $227 million.
In terms of net sales, SMIC ranked first in net sales, with a value of HK $323 million.
The HKEx will be closed tomorrow (May 19) for Buddha's Birthday, northbound trading will be suspended from today, Lugang Link will be closed tomorrow, and normal trading will resume on Thursday (May 20).
