Deloitte did not issue any relevant confirmation in accordance with the listing rules and pointed out in its resignation letter that with regard to an industrial acquisition and construction contract entered into by Jiangsu Zhongneng, a subsidiary of the company, and as the audit of the Group's consolidated financial statements for the year ended 2020 had not yet been completed, they were unable to identify whether there were any other matters that needed to be brought to the attention of the company's securities holders or creditors.
