On February 27, Glorious Exchange reported that Ha Han Hu Tong (301137.SZ) announced that the company's Board of Directors recently received a written resignation letter from Mr. Li Liansheng, the company's chairman. Mr. Li Liansheng applied to resign from his position as a non-independent director, chairman of the Board of Directors, and chairman of the Board of Directors' Global Strategy Committee due to work adjustments. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries. To ensure the stability and continuity of the Board of Directors' daily work, Mr. Li Liansheng will still perform the responsibilities related to his current position until a new non-independent director is elected.
