Zhongtong Finance APP News, Wenye Group (01802) released its six-month performance results ending on June 30, 2024, during which the group achieved revenue of 13.524 million yuan (RMB, the same below), a decrease of 78.33% compared to the previous year; the loss attributable to the company's owners was 21.685 million yuan, a 362.76% increase compared to the previous year; and the basic earnings per share was a loss of 0.04 yuan.
The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to the continued weak sentiment in the Chinese real estate market, as well as the smaller scale and fewer total number of maintenance projects.
