Jiangxi Guotai Group (603977.SH) disclosed the record of investor relations activities, showing that the company's energy-containing material project increased the registered capital to 0.35 billion yuan through the establishment of Jiangxi Jiujiang Guotai New Materials Co., Ltd. on June 19, after obtaining the approval document from relevant departments of the state in early May this year. At present, the project has progressed smoothly and is progressing as expected. The bidding work for the project construction engineering planning and design unit has been completed, the initial design of the project has been further optimized, and the preliminary work for project clearing has been carried out, and the project-related bidding work has been initiated. Efforts are being made to complete the construction and put into production according to the time nodes determined by the approval document, and strive to deliver products from the second half of 2025.
