On July 31, GeLonghui reported that Beijing Shunxin Agriculture (000860.SZ) plans to apply to the China Interbank Market Dealers Association for the registration and issuance of medium-term notes (MTN) with a total amount of 1 billion RMB in order to optimize debt structure, broaden financing channels, reduce financing costs, and further meet the needs of the company's business development. The matter was approved at the 16th meeting of the ninth board of directors of the company held on July 31, 2024, and still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for approval.
