Jiangsu High Hope International Group Corporation (600981.SH) announced that in order to revitalize existing assets and support the development of main business, improve operational efficiency and capital efficiency, the company will dispose of financial assets measured at fair value in the 2023 annual report as appropriate. The Board of Directors of the company agrees to authorize the company's management within its scope of authority to handle the disposal of financial assets according to changes in the securities market, under the premise of controllable risk and without affecting the normal operation of the company, including but not limited to formulating and implementing concrete disposal plans according to relevant laws and regulations, determining transaction prices, quantities, and methods. The above authorization is valid for 12 months from the date of approval by the Board of Directors.
