Shandong Jinling Mining (000655.SZ) announced on July 30th that the board of directors of the company received a written resignation report from Mr. Fu Bo, Chairman of the Board of Directors, on July 30, 2024. Mr. Fu Bo applied to resign from the positions of Chairman of the Board, Director, and member of the Strategy and ESG Committee of the Company due to job changes. After resigning, Mr. Fu Bo will no longer hold any positions in the Company and its holding subsidiaries, which will not affect the normal operation of the board of directors. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Fu Bo does not hold any shares in the Company.
