On July 25, Gelonhui announced that the 20th meeting of the fourth board of directors of Kehui Co., Ltd. (688681.SH) approved the proposal of "Reducing the Registered Capital of a Subsidiary and No Longer Including It in the Company's Consolidated Financial Statements", agreeing that the registered capital of Shenzhen Kehui Wanchuan Smart Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenzhen Kehui"), a subsidiary of the company, would be reduced from CNY50 million to CNY5.833333 million. After the capital reduction, Mr. Zhou Nan, through holding 90% of the shares of Jingsheng Investment and 99% of the shares of Wanchuan Smart Investment, has 60% of the voting rights of Shenzhen Kehui and controls it. According to relevant provisions of "Enterprise Accounting Standards No. 33 - Consolidated Financial Statements", after the capital reduction is completed, Shenzhen Kehui will no longer be a subsidiary of the company and will not be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
