On July 22nd, Gelunhui reported that Heilongjiang Interchina Water Treatment (600187.SH) intends to acquire Zhejiang Wenshenghui held by Shanghai Yongrui in cash for no less than 232.224 million yuan of registered capital. After the acquisition, the company will hold no less than 0.816 billion yuan of registered capital of Zhejiang Wenshenghui, accounting for no less than 51% of the target company's registered capital. Therefore, it will become the controlling shareholder of Zhejiang Wenshenghui and the controlling shareholder of Beijing Huiyuan. The transaction is still in the preliminary planning stage. The final transaction method and the proportion of equity of the transaction need to be determined by the signing of the formal acquisition agreement by the parties to the transaction after completion of auditing and evaluation. Therefore, there is still uncertainty in the relevant matters. The transaction is proposed to be made in cash without involving the issuance of shares by the listed company, and does not constitute a related party transaction, nor will it cause a change in the control of the listed company.
