On July 15, 2024, Shenzhen Hima Hospital signed a new lease agreement, and as a result, Mayda and Shenzhen Hima Hospital have extended the term of their lease on the Shenzhen property for a period of 36 months. Based on the preliminary assessment of the company's management (which has not yet been reviewed or audited by the company's auditors), the Shenzhen property will be confirmed as the group's right to use assets on July 15, 2024 under the new lease agreement, with an estimated amount of approximately RMB 20.9 million.
