Guoxin Technology (688262.SH) stated during a specific object research that the company has deployed a group of CCFC3007XX, CCFC3008XX, CCFC3012XX, and CCFC3009XX series MCU chip products in the automobile high-end domain control chip field, and some related chip products have now been implemented for loading application. In terms of product structure, the operating incomes of 100-300 billion yuan products are 401/1288/60 million yuan respectively.

CCFC3008PC/PT and CCFC3007BC/PT series chips are designed and produced according to automotive electronic Grade1, information security Evita-Full level, and functional safety ASIL-D level. They have high reliability and safety and can be used in automotive electronic powertrains, chassis controllers, power battery controllers, and high integration domain controllers and other application scenarios. The CCFC3007XX series can be benchmarked against Infineon TC367 series and NXP's MPC5777x series. The company has developed CCFC3007BC based on customer demand, which is a simplified version of CCFC3007PT and is mainly used for low-cost solutions for customer body domain controllers.

Since its launch in the market, CCFC3007PT and CCFC3008PT series chips have received designated development from several leading automobile manufacturers and parts suppliers. CCFC3008PT has received orders for 0.5 million chips in January 2024. CCFC3007PT has also been implemented for designated development in domain control applications by several key customers.

The CCFC3012PT, being taped out by the company, is a chip designed for intelligent driving and next-generation domain control systems, with a self-developed C3007 CPU core and a multi-core PowerPC architecture (6 main cores + 4 lockstep cores), with a computing power of more than 2700DMIPS, and integrating functional safety and information security processing functions. The CCFC3012PT has reached advanced international levels in terms of computing power, storage, and interface performance, and its performance is comparable to that of Infineon's TC397 chip.

The CCFC3009PT, currently under design, is the company's first high-performance vehicle regulation MCU chip based on RISC-V CPU, using a high-performance RISC-V architecture (5 main cores + 3 lockstep cores), with an expected computing power of more than 6000DMIPS, and will have an industry-leading level. The design indicators of CCFC3009PT will be benchmarked against the latest TC4XX series chips from Infineon.
