On July 12, GeLongHui reported that Tibet Gaozheng Explosive (002827.SZ) announced that in order to expand its explosive construction business and enhance market competitiveness, the company's holding subsidiary, Tibet Gaozheng Blasting Engineering Co., Ltd., plans to build a civilian explosive storage facility. After public bidding, the holding subsidiary of the company's controlling shareholder, Tibet Construction and Building Materials Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tibet Construction Group"), Tibet Tianlu Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tibet Tianlu"), was identified as the winning bidder and the total amount of the bid and the related transaction was CNY 8,355,190.03 (in words: eight million, three hundred and fifty-five thousand, one hundred and ninety yuan and three fen). The total construction period of the bid was 90 days, and the engineering quality requirements complied with the "Construction Quality Acceptance Specification" standards and the requirements promised in the "Bid Documents". As the winning bidding unit in this transaction is Tibet Tianlu, which is also controlled by Tibet Construction Group, it constitutes a related party transaction.
