On July 12, Glovo Daily reported that Guangzhou Yuexiu Capital Holdings Group (000987.SZ) announced that on July 12, 2024, it held its 12th Board of Directors and 10th Board of Supervisors meeting, which passed the proposal on the capital increase and related transactions of the holding subsidiary, in order to promote the development of its Guangzhou Yuexiu Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Yuexiu Industrial Investment'), Shanghai Yuexiu Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Shanghai Yuexiu Leasing'), and Jiangsu Yuexiu Financial Leasing Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Jiangsu Yuexiu Leasing') for the operational needs, and further promote the company's green and professional transformation and upgrading. It agreed to increase the capital of Guangzhou Yuexiu Industrial Investment by RMB 0.6 billion and to increase the capital of Shanghai Yuexiu Leasing by RMB 0.75 billion or the equivalent in Hong Kong dollars, and to increase the capital of Jiangsu Yuexiu Leasing by RMB 0.65 billion or the equivalent in Hong Kong dollars. Other shareholders of Yuexiu Industrial Investment, Shanghai Yuexiu Leasing, and Jiangsu Yuexiu Leasing will also provide proportional capital contributions. Since the other shareholders of the above-mentioned holding subsidiaries are related parties of the company, this transaction constitutes a related transaction.
