On July 3rd, Gelonhui announced that Rongtai Corporation (605133.SH) held the 26th meeting of the second Board of Directors and the 23rd meeting of the second Supervisory Committee on July 3, 2024. It has approved the Proposal on the Completion of the Public Issuance of Convertible Bonds for Fundraising Projects and the Permanent Addition of Surplus Raised Capital to the Working Capital. The company agrees to publicly issue convertible bonds to raise funds for the project and permanently supplement the remaining balance (including financial income and interest income) of 29,432,500 yuan in the fund account of the fundraising project as of June 30, 2024, as well as the remaining balance formed by the interest income and fee difference generated before the cancellation of the fund-raising project account (the actual amount is based on the balance of the account on the day the funds are transferred out) to supplement the working capital for the company's daily production operation.
