On June 18th, Gelunhui reported that Shenzhen Comix Group (002301.SZ) announced that the implementation period for share repurchase is within 6 months from the date when the board of directors of the company passed the share repurchase plan, which is from December 18, 2023 to June 17, 2024. From January 24, 2024, the company initiated the first share repurchase operation, and until the end of the repurchase period on June 17, 2024, the company repurchased a total of 9,600,000 shares through the repurchase dedicated securities account with centralized bidding, accounting for 1.3309% of the total share capital of the company. The highest transaction price was 6.40 yuan/share, the lowest transaction price was 4.72 yuan/share, and the total transaction amount was 50,500,500 yuan (excluding transaction costs).
