The target of this issuance is Li Xin, the actual controller of the company, and the issuer subscribes to the shares issued in cash. The number of shares issued to specific targets this time is no more than 21.28 million shares (inclusive), and the maximum number of shares issued accounts for 15.14% of the total share capital before issuance. The price of the shares issued is 23.49 yuan/share.
According to the announcement, the total capital raised in this issuance is no more than 500 million yuan (inclusive).
