According to the approval, the China Securities Regulatory Commission approved the company to engage in securities asset management business through the establishment of Guolian Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd., and also approved the company to reduce securities asset management business.
At present, Guolian Securities Asset Management has completed the establishment work, obtained a “Business License”, and recently obtained a “License to Operate Securities and Futures Business”.
