Gelonghui, May 22, 丨 Greater Bay Area Fusion Power (01189.HK) announced that on March 6, 2024, a winding-up petition was filed against the company with respect to certain alleged debts owed to Li Shing (the “Petitioner”) during company winding-up proceedings No. 133 of 2024 brought before the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“High Court”) on matters relating to the Companies (Liquidation and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance (Chapter 32 of the Laws of Hong Kong). The petition is scheduled to be heard in the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at 9:30 a.m. on May 22, 2024.
The petition was filed against the company's failure to settle the total amount of salary arrears in the amount of HK$75,013 in respect of the services provided by the petitioner to the company. The hearing of the judge in the High Court on May 22, 2024 was adjourned until June 12, 2024.
