According to the Zhitong Finance App, Australian Energy Construction (01183) announced that the Group has renewed the service terms of the three facility management service agreements in April 2024. The renewal period is two years (extended).
Furthermore, the Group has recently been awarded the following projects to undertake construction and decoration engineering and facility management services in Macau, China. Among them, the hotel lobby and lounge renovation project had a contract value of HK$8.08 million; repair and maintenance services for air conditioning, electricity and building facilities in the Macau Cultural Centre complex, with a contract value of MOP 12.86 million.
After considering extensions and awarded projects, the total value of the Group's outstanding contracts was approximately MOP 737.4 million as of the date of this announcement. The Board hereby indicates that no profit forecast or estimate has been made for the Group with respect to the extended, awarded projects and other projects received by the Group.
