2. Reasons
We recognize that return of profits to shareholders is an important management issue, and while strengthening our business base and profitability, we plan to implement shareholder returns in line with profit growth, taking into account business asset acquisition and fund raising, etc.
Regarding the dividend policy, we aim to return profits continuously and in line with growth, and the basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once a year while taking into account management results and financial conditions.
The dividend for the fiscal year ending 2024/3 will be 100 yen 00 yen per share as per recent dividend forecast, and it was resolved to be submitted to the 7th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on 2024/6/25.
