On the same day, the Beijing branch of Beisen Cloud Computing subscribed to two wealth management products from Xiamen International Bank, amounting to RMB 90 million and RMB 120 million. The total amount of the current Xiamen International Bank subscription transaction is RMB 300 million.
At the time of the current subscription for the Xiamen International Bank subscription, the wealth management products purchased from Xiamen International Bank on December 15, 2023 with an amount of RMB 35 million and the wealth management products subscribed to from Xiamen International Bank on December 21, 2023, with an amount of RMB 75 million had not yet been settled.
