RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has recently repurchased 200,344 of its ordinary shares through UBS AG London Branch, which will now be held as treasury shares. This latest transaction brings the company’s treasury holdings to 35,182,922 shares, while the total number of shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) stands at 1,873,201,876. This move is part of a larger buyback program that has seen RELX PLC purchase 15,470,729 shares since the beginning of the year.
