Pan Asian Holdings Limited (SG:5EW) has released an update.
Sevens Atelier Limited has successfully issued 714,285 new ordinary shares to investor Mr. Huang Gang at a price of S$0.140 each, a move that has expanded the company’s total issued shares to 214,916,321. These newly issued shares will be listed on the Catalist of the SGX-ST, expectedly from 23 May 2024, and will carry the same rights as existing shares, barring entitlement to distributions declared before their issuance.
