Zhitong Finance App News, Lanfeng Biochemical (002513.SZ) announced that the company's second-level subsidiary, Anhui Xuhe Clean Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“Xuhe Qingneng”), plans to jointly invest with Guangxi Bokun Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“Guangxi Bokun”) to establish Anhui Xubo New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name, hereinafter referred to as “Anhui Xubo” or “Joint Venture”) to use the joint venture as a platform to develop distributed photovoltaic power plants and other businesses. The registered capital of the joint venture is RMB 5 million, of which Xu Heqing was able to invest RMB 2.55 million with its own capital, accounting for 51% of the registered capital of the joint venture; Guangxi Bokun invested RMB 2.45 million with its own capital, accounting for 49% of the registered capital of the joint venture.
According to the announcement, the foreign investment is based on the business development needs of Anhui Xuhe New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“Xuhe Technology”), a first-level holding subsidiary of the company. In order to effectively promote distributed photovoltaic power plants and other projects in Guangxi and other places, Xuhe Qingneng, a second-tier holding subsidiary of the company, plans to jointly invest in the establishment of Anhui Xubo with Guangxi Bokun.
