Gelonghui, May 20, 丨 Jin Longyu (002882.SZ) announced that with the approval of the board of directors resolution, the company invested in the establishment of the holding subsidiary Jinlongyu New Energy (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (“Jinlongyu New Energy” for short) and undertook the work of the company's solid-state batteries and key materials research and development projects. In order to continue to promote research and development of technologies related to solid-state batteries and their key materials, and promote the industrialization of research results, Jinlongyu New Energy plans to increase its registered capital by 20 million yuan. The additional registered capital was fully pledged by the company at 20 million yuan, of which 20 million yuan was included in the registered capital and 180 million yuan was included in the capital reserve. After the capital increase is completed, the registered capital of Jinlongyu New Energy will be changed from 10 million yuan to 30 million yuan.
