On May 20, Ge Longhui Holdings (688036.SH) announced that after asking for quotations from institutional investors, the initial determined transfer price was 125.55 yuan/share, which was 93.00% of the closing price of 135.00 yuan/share of Chuanyin Holdings shares on the day the controlling shareholder made an inquiry to transfer the subscription. The total effective subscription amount for institutional investors participating in this inquiry and transfer quotation is about 1,678 billion yuan, and the effective subscription ratio corresponding to the transfer reserve price is 1.70 times. The number of institutional investors participating in this inquiry and transfer quotation was 16, covering qualified overseas institutional investors, fund management companies, insurance companies, securities companies, private equity fund managers and other professional institutional investors. The shares to be transferred in this inquiry have been fully subscribed. It has been initially determined that the transferees are 12 investors, and the total number of shares to be transferred is 8,065,652 shares.
