Indivior (GB:INDV) has released an update.
Indivior PLC has carried out a share repurchase, buying 37,629 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 1,345.00 to 1,374.00, with the intention of canceling them. This buyback, executed through Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc, is part of Indivior’s strategy to manage its share capital effectively. Post-transaction, the company’s total voting rights in issue stands at 135,058,747 ordinary shares.
