International Game Technology (IGT) has released an update.
International Game Technology PLC successfully held its annual general meeting, with shareholders passing all 22 resolutions, including the adoption of the annual report and accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2023, directors’ remuneration reports and policies, and the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors. Votes were cast in large majorities, indicating strong shareholder support for the proposed actions, which also encompassed authorizations for political donations, share allotments, and off-market share purchases.
