Gelonghui, May 17, 丨 Jiayuan Services (01153.HK) announced that the company received a letter dated May 13, 2024 from the Stock Exchange containing the following additional guidelines on the resumption of trading of the company's shares on the Stock Exchange:
Prove that there are no reasonable regulatory concerns about the integrity, ability and/or character of group management and/or any person having a significant influence on the management and operation of the company, as this may present risks to investors and damage market confidence. The company must comply with all the guidelines for resuming trading, correct the matters that led to its suspension of trading, fully comply with the listing rules and satisfy the Stock Exchange before the resumption of trading of its shares is permitted.
To this end, the company bears the primary responsibility for formulating its plan to resume trading. Although the Company may seek guidance from the Exchange regarding the resumption plan, the implementation of the plan does not require prior approval from the Stock Exchange. To assist the company, the Exchange has formulated guidelines for resuming trading. If the company's circumstances change, the Stock Exchange may amend or supplement the resumption guidelines.
