As of the announcement date, half of the planned increase in holdings was over. The controlling shareholder, Merisin Holdings Limited, increased its holdings by 777,800 shares, accounting for 0.3693% of the company's total share capital. The increase amount was RMB 16,976,367.00 (excluding handling fees).
