InterContinental Hotels Group PLC has repurchased 48,753 of its own shares on the 16th of May 2024, with prices ranging from £77.5600 to £78.2800 per share, aiming to cancel the acquired shares. This transaction leaves the company with 162,519,719 ordinary shares, excluding treasury-held shares. The average price paid for the shares was £78.0259 each.
