(Headquarters: Osaka-shi, Osaka; President and CEO: Keiichi Yoshii; hereafter “Daiwa House Industry”) and began handling apartment loans with a maximum loan period of 40 years on 2024/5/13.
This product is an apartment loan provided by SBI Shinsei Bank for customers who purchase rental housing sold by Daiwa House Industries, Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Shigeo Sosa; hereinafter “Daiwa Living”) who have contracted a consolidated loan system and meet the applicable conditions specified by SBI Shinsei Bank.
By focusing on the industry-leading 40-year framework guarantee*1 provided by Daiwa House Industry and utilizing SBI Shinsei Bank's unique rent prediction technology established by analyzing real estate market data and market data provided by Daiwa House Industry for loan examinations, we have realized a loan with a period of 40 years, which is the longest level in the industry.
