Mercedes-Benz (MBG.DE) workers at its Tuscaloosa, Alabama plant will close its voting over whether to unionize under the United Auto Workers (UAW) on Friday.

Boeing (BA) will host its annual shareholders meeting on May 17, voting on whether to retain outgoing CEO Dave Calhoun on its board.

Lastly, Federal Reserve Governor Christoper Waller is among officials set to comment on the economy.
