RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has repurchased 200,303 of its own ordinary shares, to be held as treasury shares, through UBS AG London Branch on the London Stock Exchange. The transaction took place on May 16, 2024, with the shares bought at prices ranging from 3432 pence to 3471 pence each. Following this buyback, RELX PLC’s treasury now holds 34,781,494 shares, with the total ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) standing at 1,873,584,503.
