Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - Le 16 mai/May 2024) - Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. has announced a consolidation of its issued and outstanding common shares on the basis of one (1) post-consolidated common share for every three (3) pre-consolidated common shares.
安大略省多倫多--（Newsfile Corp.——2024年5月16日/5月）——Terra Balcanica Resources Corp. 宣佈合併其已發行和流通的普通股，合併後的每三（3）股普通股爲一（1）股合併前普通股。
As a result, the outstanding shares of the company will be reduced to approximately 33,524,851 common shares.

The name and symbol will not change.

Please note that all open orders will be canceled at the close of business on May 16, 2024. Dealers are reminded to re-enter their orders taking into account the share consolidation.
